Consider 2 columns with 3 bullets each to make 6 skills max. Also think carefully about the skills you're putting down. Bullets 6, 7 and 8 are not skills worthy of mention. 2 are implied as a base part of the job and 1 is a value / work ethic statement.
I'd try to list less bullet points probably. Or do 2 columns of bullet points so you can fit it more economically on the page. Staying concise is best (you can incorporate some of these skills into job descriptions if you want to!)
I'm not sure you need a skills section at all, the whole concept seems out dated
Skills are not outdated because they ask you to list them on your job application. On every location that I’ve put in an application for in the last two years they want a listing of skills. I simply cut and paste off my résumé and enter them there.
They should also be placed on your LinkedIn profile.
