I’m new to using a weighted vest so I can’t comment on results yet, but so far I really enjoy it! I’ve seen a lot of women on my walks wearing them lately too.
I read a WSJ article a few months ago about the benefits of it. Black Friday followed a few weeks later and I ended up purchasing an Omorpho G Vest. There is absolutely science behind it, but I’m not convinced mine is heavy enough to be significant - it’s cuter than most vests, but WAY more expensive considering you can buy a vest with adjustable weights on Amazon for cheap.
Id like to get a set of bala bangles because I was influenced by someone who uses them while doing house chores LOL. I think the concept behind Omorpho is similar to that of the bangles - a lighter weight to increase the challenge on your body but not impede your movement. Consistency is definitely key
I don't think it's a bad idea, but like AD1 I wouldn't be able to comment on the effectiveness of it. Try it out and let us know?
