Yep, I’ve been there, and it’s exhausting. When every little thing gets scrutinized, you start doubting yourself, even when you know you’re good at what you do. What helped me was keeping a “wins” doc that I made to start keeping track and improving my self esteem. I included positive feedback, achievements, anything that reminded me I’m not the problem, it also helped me when it was time to write annual self-reviews.
Nitpicking like that is just something you have to rise above. First of all, remember that it's only a job. And the people hassling you are probably doing it not because you're incompetent, but because they've got some weird issues going on with themselves. Don't second guess yourself, just do a good job and stand your ground when necessary.

This is me for sure! I’ve been doing the same thing for almost 10 years but because things are getting so backed up and crazy I doubt myself constantly. I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing sometimes things are so all over the place. I do t know how much more I can take.
This is exhausting. It also affects your mental health when someone is mentally abusing you. I suffered with this at my last job. I would see what other jobs are out there just in case. I was put on short-term disability and am still on it. I was currently terminated while on disability. Not legal, but they get away with it.
It's hard to deal with questioning yourself when you previously didn't need to. It shows you that something is wrong in your situation. I wish you a lot of luck. Keep your options open and leave if it gets bad. Your mental health isn't worth staying in a job that makes you feel this way.
