I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

All I will say is that if the NRA didn't cave after Sandy Hook, they have no moral baseline. Gun laws won't tighten until the NRA is out of power in Washington. That won't happen without some serious campaign finance reform. Given the new Congress' first attempted move was to abolish an independent office of ethics oversight, I doubt that campaign finance reform will be a priority to them.
Guys I'm convinced CS guy is just a troll because there is no way someone that emotionally reactive and devoid of measured logical flow could get a job there...unless he's heavy back office in a third tier city. Stop feeding the troll, and send him back the pits of Infowars where he can talk about how Bush did 9/11 and Obama did Sandy Hook. Now - @JPM3 - I'll engage because despite your attack on my reading comprehension to distract, I think you have a baseline of respect for intelligent debate. Amending the constitution doesn't mean that the system of checks and balances has cracks. In fact, the ability to amend the constitution is written into the document! It's designed to be a living, breathing document that gives the people the ability to adapt with the times - hence the abolition of slavery and women's suffrage. That only congress, a body that's supposed to represent the people, can change the constitution is a demonstration of the health of those checks and balances (as long as they are actually representing the majority's will).
How about we roll back women's suffrage or or the 13th amendment. Sound preposterous to you? That's how you sound to the majority of Americans when you say roll back the 2nd.
Growing up in the South, the argument is not about the principle of whether guns are safe (they're not), rather it's the idea of loosing freedom of choice. Now living in NYC, this is something I've found is lost on many of the urban elite.
What is wrong with you @gs1? No it's not time to repeal it, but we need better gun laws and gun safety education
American gun laws are genuinely perplexing to me as a Brit.
Funny that the same folks who defend guns as a mean to stop tyranny vote for an egocentric racist tyrant like Donald Trump. They tell you to respect the institutions but at the same time want guns to defend them from the institutions. It's hard to have a decent discussion with people who are so dumb that don't know they are dumb.
^ Seconded, @A1.
I think we have a fundamental issue when debating the 2nd amendment- the people always speaking out for gun laws and restrictions are often the ones with the least experience with responsible gun culture. I believe we need some changes, but it needs to make sense. Congress won't even let the CDC study gun violence and make recommendations for discussion, which is ridiculous.
I would focus on the mental health of society rather than the gun. What's next knives? Or axes? Focus on the root of the issue.
Case in point 👆
You can't have restrictions on guns for the same reason that the founding fathers created the 2nd ammendment for in the first place. Guns are meant to stop tyranny and keep freedom. People wanting restrictions on guns are naive. Pick up the prince by machiavelli and you'll see what are founding fathers were aiming for. Guns are a necessary evil, especially for the most powerful country in the world to prevent a dictatorship (socialisms ultimate goal)
How was voting for Hillary?
@JPM3 you think a militia would go up well against the government? I think that argument went by the wayside with the invention of stealth bombers. The system of checks and balances is what's prevented a dictatorship, not guns. I've read the Prince - twice. And Citi I don't think anyone has said that, but I do think mass shootings would go down. We are the only country in the developed world with this frequency of mass shootings.
You guys supporting the 2nd amendment should read about it in a book, not just Breitbart
GSOP - Hard to have a discussion to someone who voted for a sanctimonious, corrupt criminal who would be prosecuted in a sane country. BTW - your firm was a player in that pay to play scheme. Maybe you should give back your bonus as it's part of the same blood money? Nah -I know - don't do as we do, only do as we say.
CS1, go read a book. Just following Trump's tweets is not making you smarter. I wished your momma have had access to planned parenthood, but now it's too late. Period.
Op: you chastised CS1 guy for his viewpoint, yet you call him stupid and negate him as a person? You tell me whose the idiot ass? Your response is a perfect example of how the liberals have disenfranchised about half the country. Take the high road and bridge understanding next time, like an "educated" person.
JPMC2 : CS guy is not a troll but a young kid with a different viewpoint to yours. Diversity is the cornerstone of my liberalism. Try practicing tolerance with CS guy.
CSguy- keep posting kid. Your debate technique will improve as you continue to practice with opposing viewpoints.
As to the 2nd gun rights debate. https://youtu.be/wAXxQBIfH7I
Agree JPM. Something needs to be done. How can a country be considered civilised (and not developing - to put it gently) if its citizens require guns to feel safe? I mean, carrying guns, what is this, the Wild West?
JPM2 I'm afraid that will never happen. The NRA has too much power, it is a very emotional issue (GS1 confirming) and the horse has bolted so to speak. It's very sad when you consider the number of people killed in the US compared to any other developed country and the view of many is the solution is more guns.
Gun control = using two hands
