yaa correct atleast they should not take it ahead if the candidate is not capable of , not to give false hope so that the candidate will be waiting for the same for long time .

How can u say not capable post collecting documents and The candidate clearing all d rounds

Better to move on with other options

That’s true.
Happened with me. Initially recruiter said they are willing to offer what i am expecting after clearing all rounds of interviews, they had budget constraints. Definitely lloyds is good name in fintech but still not able to offer even 30% hike on current ctc. Later recruiter informed me that they are willing to offer what my current CTC is. I was shocked to hear this. I politely denied, why would i leave my current company when there is no monetary benefit?

100%agree

Do they confirm by email too, that they will release offer letter?

Then they shud try to talk to candidate for negotiation rather than keeping them waiting and rejecting

Are you still waiting for your offer ?

With Etherum 2.0 coming curious if anyone has checked out investments in companies like RPL? They seem like a big play as people are underprepared for the shift to 2.0. Looking to get an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti sometime this year. Brand new the MSRP is about 45K and despite the reputation of the old Alfa Romeo’s from the 90’s these seem to be night and day more reliable. Would you recommend buying new, leasing new, or buying used? If I bought used it would be anywhere from 2019-2021
