I’m an account manager at a large consumer goods company, managing a $100MM desk on the company’s largest account. I have 6 years of experience and my performance each year is consistently within the top 5% of my peer set. My salary is $150k plus a 15% incentive if sales targets are met. Is this competitive?

Could a position as an Office Coordinator be the same as Administrative assistant or could be considered as a higher role?
