I’m currently in change management and have no experience in supply chain but I’m interested in getting into it. Realistic to transition in? Would CSCP be my best shot?

CSCP are credible certs that people recognize, I wouldn’t say that should replace experience

If you want the materials for free to study for the exam, I posted in another forum I’ll give them to you if you pay the shipping (2016 version)

What aspect of supply chain interests you? Real experience helps with understanding what the client goes through and for credibility, but for what we do at Accenture and your level you can establish yourself by just getting on a project closely associated with where you want to be

Hi all, has anyone in supply chain taken one of the certification exams? (CPSM, CPSD, CSCP)
Does it help in any way besides refreshing contents about supply chain? Any insights appreciated. #supplychain #cpsm #cpsd #cscp #education #certifications

Update!!!!!

So the company I was waiting to hear back from finally emailed with an offer!

It’s for a System Engineer role that was created for me (so they DEF wanted to hire me) and the offer……😏

$150k to start with $45k in RSU’s 🙌🏾
And for every cert I get while at this company, they will pay for it AND increase my salary just for getting them. Plus they’re fully remote 😏

I start July 18th. LFG. 🙌🏾🍾🍾🍾✨😮‍💨😌

Job listing: You must have an incredible creative reputation and internationally recognized work.

Can we talk about how awards can largely be a pay-to-play scheme? What if you freelance and the agency/client doesn’t share credit? What if the agency/client doesn’t bother with awards? What if it’s the same circle jerk of milquetoast talent receiving the honors?

Every time I see a job listing requiring international awards, it sounds like another agency looking for the right “culture fit.” 🙄
