It’s a worst hiring process here . I gave almost 6 rounds of interview out of which one is rejected and 3 are client rounds . Mainly Cisco project is horrible and client don’t confirm the status of the interview. Useless ppl at client side of Cisco.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.
