Only 11 days?
Took me three emails and six weeks to get told "sorry".

That is ridiculous! If only employers can be half as professional as they expect candidates to be
I took me just 30 minutes from them so send automated email rejection. See it as their loss and the right employer will hire you. Sometimes when a company behaves like that , it shows lack of professionalism, ethic and toxicity. So in a way you dodge a bullet . A professional and considerate company knows , who the right candid is from the moment they walk into the interview room , and they don’t need the end of the week to let them know , within 24hrs or less they make the decision. That company has probably been doing that to multiple people , and possibly they don’t have the budget to accommodate a professional like yourself , and so they went with the cheaper version of candidate , that they can exploit.

So many employers drop the ball in this area. It’s really not that difficult to send an email rejection in a timely manner. Copy and paste, literally. It shows lack of professionalism, disorganization and potential lack of care/kindness.
