I’ve 10 years work experience in a reputed financial institution in my country. I migrated to Australia in 2024 and worked in 2 big local company in Australia as operator and sales team member for more than 1 year. I’ve no degree in Australia.

1. Can I get a job in Accounting sector in Australia? I am even happy to start from entry-level.

2. I’m looking for a suitable course that will give me job placement. Is there any course that will give me direct job placement?

It will very much depend on the specifics of your situation, where you worked previously and where your previous degree is from, and what other options the employer has.

Also important will be your work rights situation. If an employer needs to get you a visa that is a very big mark against you. They’re expensive and time consuming and put you at a serious disadvantage vs candidates who have full work rights.
