Personally, I feel that you have to do what is best for you. I have hopped jobs and I was genuinely depressed (for other work related reasons as well), now I have found the perfect, job I hope to stay for years. Your happiness is worth it!
If you enjoy it then make the most of it. I’ve changed job and really regretted it so now I prefer to stay where it’s good.
I don't think either way, moving a lot or staying put, will definitely hurt your career. It's just reality, however, that to increase your earning you'll probably have to move to another organization. If you stay in one job, it's possible you'll be taken for granted, at least when compensation is calculated.
