I’ve been going back and forth on whether to size up my trades. I’m profitable, but my gains feel small, and I wonder if I’m being too conservative. At the same time, I don’t want to risk blowing up my account. How do you decide when to increase position sizes? Is it just a matter of bankroll growth, or is there a mindset shift needed?

I work for a specialized group in my litigation group and have had a wonderful experience and really respect and appreciate my boss, the co-chair of this specialized group. I’ve now accepted the opportunity to take over my parents business and plan to leave practice this summer. How do I even start this conversation with him?
