Wearing to work today

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can I get some likes please

It can take some time now to find a job. I’ve been tailoring every resume to every job posting I go for, and taking time to write cover letters, making sure my formatting is on par. Still not hearing much back. Have been looking around at some different titles just to find more to try.
I wish I did!!!
My advice would be to ask your current boss reeeeeally nicely for some extra hours. Open jobs basically don't exist at the moment. If they do, I'm not finding them, and that's the case for many of my unemployed friends who haven't been able to find anything after being laid off. What about a side hustle business to bring in some extra money?
You're definitely not alone—I totally relate to what you're going through. I've been working online for over 8 years, and for the most part, I never had to worry about finding work. But recently, it's been noticeably tougher. Like you, I've sent out tons of applications with barely any responses, and it’s honestly discouraging.
It’s hard not to take it personally, but I think the market has shifted a lot. More people are looking for remote jobs now, and companies seem to be more selective or slower to respond. Still, it helps to keep updating your resume, tailoring your applications, and staying visible on platforms like LinkedIn.
Hang in there—your experience definitely counts, and the right opportunity will come around. If you ever want to exchange job leads or ideas, I’d be happy to connect.
