Yes, startups are good if you are a go-getter otherwise don't go. It drains your energy , you are everything, don't expect a role. You have to do whatever comes along the way .
Once you have experienced startups then you will excel in corporate.
Also no need to join a startup , you can think about starting your own at a very small scale. This way you will experience everything rite from strategy, hiring, product ,finance and will experience pain points that will make you a much better entrepreneur for 2nd startup.
If you excel, it will change your life , if not then you will be much better person then those who are only doing jobs. So if you see there's no loss. So everyone should atleast try entrepreneurship/ startup once in their lifetime.
Appreciate you sharing that. Hearing it from someone who’s actually been through it hits different. I can imagine how tough it must’ve been, but your take genuinely gave me a lot to think about.😅
Ppl get burn out with startups. Wearing many hats is fun at first, but frustrating later. They say 99% off startups fail. Your chance of getting succeeded and ending up with stocks and become a millionaire is less than 1%. If you wanna bet on that good luck.
PS: I did bet on it 5 years back & ended up burned out for years.
