I’ve been living in Old Fourth Ward for about three years, and while I love the BeltLine access, the rent hikes are getting out of hand. My lease is up soon, and I’m torn between staying put or moving to Kirkwood or Grant Park to save a little money. I work downtown, so I’d prefer to avoid a brutal commute. Has anyone here made that move recently? What neighborhoods feel like a good balance between affordability and still having some walkability?
