This is fine for some people but honestly the user experience of the actual bike vs the setup above is not even comparable. Bike is totally worth it, especially since you can finance at 0%.

Try all the instructors and don’t try to stick with the same 3 or so. Keep variety going! Also don’t forget about the non-spinning classes, they have all different instructors, and strength in general is important.
For outdoor running classes, i found the “outdoor” category to be a bit bland. You can do any treadmill class and just close your phone to run and it works.

If you go into a Peloton store they will help you find the right measurements and put it all on a note card for you to take home

Does anyone feel like they don’t want to go back to normal? On the one hand, absolutely I want to. I miss seeing friends, dressing up, going out, and traveling for work. On the other hand I have saved so much money over the past year, spent a lot more time with family than I would have ever been able to, and actually rested and been able to focus on my wellness (started therapy and treatment for a chronic condition.)

I know this may sound like a question but I'm not sure how far along am I. My last mense was we 8/2. My embryo transfer was 8/23. I did my blood test on 9/1 and it was positive. How do I know how many weeks am I?

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢

I have a student who only comes to school two days a week and then only for 1 hour. He tells me I have to pass him so it doesn't matter. This is very frustrating. I knew this student hates school and often states he is stupid. I just do my best to encourage him. Build confidence. Any ideas to encourage him more? By the way, taking to his parent does nothing.

Why does my left arm keep getting numb when I sleep on my back? Anyone experience this?

What do you do to automate you lifestyle/remove decision fatigue to reach your health and fitness goals? For example: I meal prep so I know calories and macros of all my meals without having to count each time M-F (unless going out with friends/SO) and I run first thing in the morning the same 4 days every week. I’ve found that making healthy habits a part of my lifestyle and routines makes them easier to stick to and would love any additional ideas!

Help me get over my covid anxiety: had plans with a friend but they got exposed to covid. Got a neg rapid test but feel like they have a sore throat and still want to hang. Given rapids don’t necessarily detect omicron plus the symptoms, I’m a bit concerned. I’m WAAAY more cautious than most when it comes to covid (not doing indoor events yet, still masking). We’d be outdoors anyways, so do I put my anxiety aside and risk it or ask them to get a PCR and just postpone to next week?

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?
