I’ve been selected for the position of Senior SDET at Mastercard. I bring 7 years of experience in the field.

Technical skill set: Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, BDD, AWS, and Testing.

My current CTC is 19 LPA, and the offer from Mastercard is 29 LPA, with 26.5 LPA as fixed compensation.

What are your thoughts—is this a good offer for someone with 7 years of experience?

I currently make 78k at Lockheed but I’m not doing what I’d like to be doing and i felt stuck and after many conversations with my manager and no solution in sight, I started applying elsewhere. I just recently got an offer from a smaller AI company for 95k that I plan to accept. I’m happy to make the jump, I just don’t know how my manager/coworkers will react when I tell them I’m leaving.

Requirement - relatively better work life balance / stable pay
YOE - 4.5 yrs
All offers are more or less equivalent in terms of compensation (though fixed & bonus are highest at Shell) - close to 27 LPA total CTC

Have worked in a consulting firm and so know about the wlb there!
