I've been told multiple times that I need to 'toughen up' and can't allow situations of handling tough or disappointed customers let me down. It's not that I crumble when this happens, but I definitely find it hard to stand there like I'm not phased at all. Did you ever have this issue? It'd be great if you could share how you finally turned yourself into this ironclad human.
