Why is it always tailored to the companies and not the candidates? People have worked a few years remote, changed their locations, found new routines, and now cause companies want to build "culture" we need to go back to 2019? Like the kind of culture where you work 20 years at a place and get laid off via email? Or your fob stops working when you get to your building?
