I've been trying to transition from agency to in-house product design for over two years now and am feeling so incredibly depleted from the process. It doesn't matter how many times I've reworked my resume for ATS, redone my portfolio to show as much of the data and UX process as possible, how many recruiters/hiring managers I connect with who tell me I have great work, it always ends in rejections, ghosting, and the looming dread that I'll be stuck in a job I hate for the foreseeable future.

What do when you’ve already accepted a job offer but then received a better offer? Does it look bad on you to decline the first offer?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title?
