I've been working at IBM sincelast year and it's been 20 days I am on bench, my year-over-year utilization is below 90%and quarter-over-month utilisation have fallen below 50% due to not being part of a project.

If I don't get the project soon, will I be fired by IBM? . I've read a couple posts where bench employees are let go after two or three month bench period.

Any information on the culture / WLB of Tampa law firms? Particularly firms in the 170k+ starting pay range, litigation specifically.
