I’ve been working from home for about 4 years and now that I’ve finally upgraded my screen set up to include 2 large monitors, I realize I need a larger desk that can replace my 39” wide desk from grad school. Any suggestions on good WFH desks? Don’t need anything too fancy, looking to spend ~$200 if possible.

When leaving a firm on your own terms, what needs to be done? For example, what to do with 401k? File transfers? etc.

My superiors are asking me to contact CEOs of debtors to chase payments. We’re in B2B and payments are usually 30 days or more. As soon as we get someone over that and they don’t provide a payment date, I’m being asked to contact their CEOs somehow and demand payment. Hey BA friends! I work at a small agency and we’re doing a shoot end of the month. Normally all of our production insurance is covered by liners but for some reason this shoot clients are asking to see our production insurance policy, which we don’t have. Is this something every agency should have? I’ve either had client or production cover so not 100% sure on this! US based company. Shoot is oversees.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?
