Please keep detailed notes of what happened. Can you take shifts where you are not working with him, or better yet, do you have any paid time off that you can take until your supervisor deals with this properly?
Definitely report higher up if there's a watchdog agency. Employers have a responsibility to deal with harassment, so keep notes and if it doesn't get better, consider taking legal action.
Who is the “she” in your original post, OP? Your manager? If that is her response to your legitimate report of sexual harassment, then you need to go over her head. Document every incident (what was said or how you were touched, the date & time, the location, what you said or did in response, whether there were witnesses and who they are, who you reported to and their response).
If your company has an HR Manager/Director, report to that person. If no HR person, report it to the highest exec you can get in to see (VP, COO, CEO, President, etc.). If nothing is done, get a lawyer.
Also document, if the ‘she’ in your post is your manager, document when you took the situation to her, what behavior she did and what the outcome was. Once you tell her about these situations, it is her job to escalate to senior management and HR. If that has not happened, you have not been spoken to by HR or upper management, or your manager has not let you know that she is going to escalate these things, then you need to go to HR directly. Document everything but beware, HR is there to protect the company and not you.
