Does BNY Mellon not give anything in writing about the bonus that gets paid once a year?My cousin is negotiating an offer and they are only talking abt the fixed amount that will come on the offer letter and are assuring that the bonus will be paid out at the end of each year.

Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K? The environment where I'm currently working is getting more toxic than ever and they are expecting me to fill all the openings with the minimum wage. Does anyone have a therapist in the LA area that they recommend? Specifically someone who is familiar with these types of jobs. Obviously everyone’s doing telehealth for now but would be great if you could also say where they’re located.

How do you get experience when no one will hire you? I wouldn’t mind hanging a shingle but I feel it’d be irresponsible to do so with no experience. Unlike all of my classmates, I never landed an internship/externship in law school - had only one interview. I was a PT law student, came from a CS background, and worked in IT throughout law school. I passed the bar exam on my first try (Oct 2020) and have only had a couple interviews out of the hundreds of applications I sent out. Any suggestions?
