I agree with the other comments, unfortunately HR tends to not be looking out for the employee as much as we would want. Definitely document this and if needed see if you can loop someone senior into any emails with them

Should I leave SAP Basis and start learning Front-end development?
Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. But, on seeing the scare no. of Job postings on Job sites and the difficulty in switching jobs. It seems to be a difficult thing going ahead with Basis. Can anyone advise me?
