Nice bowl to avoid lowering the average in the US-centric threads. Anybody else finding that with the lack of pay rises this year, it’s become even harder to benchmark? I am surprised and concerned about the fact that a lot of my colleagues do not have good excel skills. I literally had to show someone higher rank than me probably 30ish, how to do a “find” in excel for the workbook. This isn’t limited to people who have been out of school for awhile. This also includes new hires and staff, and seniors. Partners forget about it.
