Scenario for my tech tran folks: a collaboration agreement includes a termination clause providing that either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches a "material" term of the agreement + not cured w/in 30 days. The term "material" is not defined therein. The agreement includes mutual warranties.

If a party breaches any warranty in the agreement, is the the other party automatically entitled to terminate the agreement for breach of a material term?

Note : Bangalore interview is scheduled on tuesday and Gurgaon interview has not yet been scheduled I have only received the survey form.

Trying to move from Tier 2 Consulting to FAANG. 3 YoE, fast career, close to getting to PM.
However, I'm having trouble moving to FAANG and other top tech companies - I'm not even passing the screening phase. Any advice or recommendation?

So I’m doing a masters program and we’ve been taught all our coding in R ... now that I’m about to graduate and looking at jobs it seems everywhere wants you to know/use Python.

Is knowing R a valuable skill? Should I invest time in learning Python instead?
