I am looking for a service that can consistently provide traveler alerts such as when car has arrived, passenger is on board, trip competed, etc. across US cities. I have found a company that will do this when I book travel in NYC, but when my Professionals arrive in their destination cities the affiliates do not offer this same feature. Any suggestions? What is annual salary increase for SA at Alvarez and Marsal? I applied for director role but offered SA since I have extensive industry experience but no prior consulting. I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. If 15% increase reasonable for SA or only with promotion?

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Any similar experience to share?

My résumé and portfolio are great, and I’ve been asked to interview with Amazon for 4 different teams now. However, it seems like I’m not making it past the first 1:1 interview. 3 out of 4 have resulted in not the right fit for reasons unknown; they don’t provide any feedback either. Hello folks, I’m after some advice please. I recently bought a couple of indoor plants and added to the cart what I think is a very expensive bottle of natural mist to use on the leaves. All organic, glass bottle etc. supposed to use it 2-3 times per week but 2 weeks in I’m down to half a bottle and it was £15 (approx $20). I understand that I need to nurture the plants but it strikes me as a rather expensive mist. Is there anything you’d recommend I can use instead? Thanks.

Have a spider mite infestation on a lemon tree I brought indoors for the winter. Anyone have any ideas for how to kill them? I looked online and have tried neem oil, but it doesn’t seem to be working too well. Help!
