I’ve taken the first job that came about to remove myself from a very toxic manager and senior manager - to the point it was impacting my health. The new job doesn’t align to my strategic goals nor is intellectually stimulating - I’m 3 weeks in and realised this by day 2. Do I tell my new manager or look external as no one internally will be sympathetic to this situation - turning it on me. People are quick to judge - as humans we are allowed to make incorrect decisions.
