Trying to figure out how best to stream audio to a website.

1. Always on, as people navigate the site, it should keep streaming
2. Works as mobile web too (should be foregone these days)
3. Manages prerecorded shows, interstitials/commercials, etc.
4. Support "going live" so the company can break into the stream at any time
5. People can call in (i.e. Clubhouse)

We are a small company of about 110 employees using Slack for most of our communication (I’ve heard of Roots as an org chart tool in Slack but never used it).
