All you can do is hang in and stay persistent. And do all the networking you possibly can. If you're in touch with people you've met professionally, don't be shy about telling them you're looking. If they don't know of anything, it's always possible someone they know will. That's the real power of networking, the friend of a friend effect. Hang in, you'll find something!

Thank you, persistency is the only way out

Tailor your portfolio and resume to the job that you really want. Your headline is very important.

In my situation I knew I really wanted to focus on social media so mine was social-first creative/ad and lots of social agencies started to reach out. Obviously your work needs to reflect that

You in nyc? Send me your book if so

I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.

Also is it good for learning to start off with Vlocity/Order Management right off cause it is a bit confusing for me.

Some guidance would be useful

FORM50 fitness? Anyone familiar with them? Looks kind of like power Pilates. They only have a New York (Astoria) studio and a Miami studio. Seems like most of the classes are mostly women, and hot pink themes all around. 🏳️‍⚧️🙋🏻‍♀️ and on hrt for about 18 months, so not presenting full time yet. Whether I present female or male, it’s not an environment I’m likely to pass super well in so wondering about how lgbt welcoming it will be. Also if the workout is as lit as people seem to represent.

With social security potentially running out, why couldn’t it be an option for the govt to put $5k for every baby that is born in a year into an account Invested in a govt share class S&P 500 fund. Historical average is 10%+, which would provide roughly $2.7 million for a baby born today. Eventually, this would eliminate the need for soc sec tax, and would only cost $18 Billion a year instead of several trillion a year being deposited into the trust.
