Anyone have melatonin gummy recommendations? Brands or dosage that aids sleep? I wake up for two+ hours in the middle of the night every night. End up tired all day as I only get about 4hrs total each night, in short chunks. This is a new sleep pattern for me (since joining consulting).

Is giving birth w/o the epidural really that crazy of a concept? People laugh at me when I say its very feasible...

When did you decide to get medicated? I have what I’d call “high functioning” depression and anxiety. See a therapist and all, but still deal with lows that seem hard to overcome for weeks on end - losing interest, hard to focus on work, sleeping difficulties, etc. Hard to tell when to make that decision!

How do you help someone get out of depression?

I feel disappointed in myself that I'm not working out. But I fill up my day with activities/things to do that I see no window to workout. And when there is a window, I procrastinate.
I'm stuck in this pattern and not making any progress.

Wavering between tired and happy. Finally getting my stamina back post covid. I've walked 10 miles in the past week. Pre covid I was walking between 2 and 4 miles a day. But I can tell I'm still not 100 percent. I'm so tired in the evenings. Hopefully that will fade the next couple of weeks.

For those who have researched these things at length / spoken to doctors: if I’ve had children in the past and have had a chemical pregnancy recently, is there any point to sending my husband for a sperm analysis? E.g., his swimmers hypothetically must be at least kind of working?

Has anyone talked to a therapist or professional about being unemployed? At this point I feel like it's making me depressed. Are there other unemployment support groups out there?

I left bedside nursing and the hospital 2 years ago. I don't feel guilty about it and honestly this pandemic
