Just curious what are my other fellow librarians doing for the virtual students?

I’m currently a senior 3 auditor and increasingly detest my job every single day. I’ve been thinking about consulting but don’t know exactly what they do and the detailed nature of the work. What are my options outside of audit, staying within the firm? Any insight appreciated.
