What are your thoughts about the idea of transitioning from a career in software development to Data Analytics/Engineering/Science? My strongest skill in web development has always been SQL. Doable? Lucrative? Secure? Anyone else ever made this transition?

What to do?how to get project for base location gurugram or delhi ncr. I get mails but they are demanding 2+ year of experience. Can anyone refer me? I know java , spring framework and started learning react js.

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer?
