Project ramp down is happening around Fujitsu. No new projects. Hence the hike is less. 6% for Outstanding Rating. But in every townhall you will hear a lot of futuristic discussion and growth. But it will be only on the papers

5.5% for outstanding rating at FJ10 level. Looking at this hike, there is no point in putting that extra effort to get the best rating. The hikes are not even beating the inflation.

I tried looking for opportunities outside but looks like market isn’t hot. Try your best and take the best decision going forward

Ironically, I had got 10.4% hike last year on getting Successfully Meets rating.
So, this time, upon getting 2 ratings above my previous rating, I got lesser hike 🤦♂️

if you are in notice period then you will not get hike letter.
