Hi Fishes, Need your advice in choosing between the two. Confused between UBS and Northern Trust. This is for 8 years of experience in Data Engineer profile. CTC is almost same, I am looking to stay longer in my next role (4-5 years), so want clarity on WLB, projects and increment cycles. If you know about any of these 2 organisation, kindly share your input. Any help on this is much appreciated.

Hi! I need help! Where do I find creative, quirky, Prod Co’s? Need to do Docu-style videos fun, artsy, some Gfx. Not just talking heads. Client is corporate but spots don’t need to be boring. The reels I have are too “commercial”. It’s for branded content but should feel like little films. Need on camera dialogue & B-roll to create a mood. It’s a triple bid so need more options! Team loves this place, are there more? https://www.cottage8films.com
Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

If your team doesn't have people from Spain, you will have a very good time.
People from Spain are sick, most politics comes from there as they are insecure of India people.
They don't do any work and don't let anyone do there work.
Spain people definately need a doctor.

Lot of people left in the past year due to this reason.
If that is the case, would suggest you to take up with your reporting director There might be other teams who may require yous skills. They certainly don't want to lose people due to skill mismatch and it was made clear in leadership meetings too.
I also want to understand during interview process were the expectations not set clearly.
