Just graduated from Darden with my MBA. Have a Masters in Finance from a few years back as well. Spent ~4 years at Booz Allen doing public sector consulting and just hit 3 years doing M&A Advisory (client facing) at a multinational IT consulting and outsourcing company. I'm interested in moving to MBB when hiring kicks off in the fall. Was wondering if anyone was available to potentially have a conversation?

Do you factor in career trajectory and earning potential when finding a SO? Is it so superficial that I care about these things?

How general/specific are the skills for healthcare consulting. Recently got an offer for healthcare operations but not 100% certain yet if healthcare is the industry I would want to stay in and want to see how transferable the skills are and how employers look at you after 2-4 years in healthcare consulting.
