I’d probably split it: half for strength training, half for puzzles or games that make me slow down. Feels good to build a routine and a Lego spaceship.
I know a lot of people with wellness programs use it for gym type of stuff, but I think it is important to remember, as you've said, to also take care of your brain and slow down a little.
Must be nice. I'd use it to buy more dumbbells for my home gym. I have a 5-50 set already, but I could really use a few more pairs. They're just so crazy expensive.
Its crazy how much that kind of stuff is.
EY has had this (with pretty loose requirements, though you do have to select from an extensive drop down menu).
I think a lot of companies have similar programs but news articles seem to have really run with the "$1000 for legos" headline
Personal trainer for sure
Ohhh that's a good one.
Lots of agencies and companies have wellness reimbursements. You can use it for everything from gear to fitness classes to gym memberships.
I think its a great perk! A lot of people that I know that have a similar program use it for their gym memberships.
We have it. I got dumbells
Interesting that it depends on the actual market for you. I'm assuming thats per year.
My partner’s company has this and he was able to expense a new Apple Watch + some fitness classes
For me, I’d probably use it for a splurge. A personal trainer to create custom workouts for me or get a few really nice massages!
