Study and take the test

likehelpful

Get BEC out of the way first. It only took me about a week of studying. Don’t bother with the lectures. Go straight into reading the material then hammer MCQs. Keep going until the end and go back and hit your weak points and repeat. The material isn’t too hard and there are a lot of questions, but all doable.

Granted, I passed with a 75, so this method taught me JUST enough to pass.

Additional Posts in Beat the CPA

California peeps. I have a feeling I failed FAR, which is my last exam, but my score isn’t released until May 11. Can I submit the reapplication with the CA Board of Accountancy to speed up the retake and NTS process in case I failed? Or do I need to get my exam score first? I need to pass by mid June, else my REG score expires, hence the rush to resubmit the re-application.
