Just wrapped up my HR round with Capgemini, and the HR mentioned she can give only 20% hike (and that too subject to approval).
With 7 years of experience in the industry, this really got me thinking – is this something others are facing too?

I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. Urgently need advise. I have an oral offer from a company. After I negotiated for salary , they told that we have decided to drop your candidature. Then I requested I am okay with the offered salay and can join immediately. She told me to write over mail to her & her manager. I did that. After doing this, I called hr she told me that we r waiting for hiring manager approval. I mailed hiring manager by cc'ing both the HRs that I'm vry much interested. No +ve response till yet.
