KGS hired me for Healthcare Data Analytics Role, but post 1 month of my joining transferred me to a non relevant role in Audit! They didn't provide any formal communication. Recently, the AD and Manager gave a rating of 4 and threatened to put me in a PIP if I don't resign or opt for IJP immediately! They didn't even give me any formal feedback entire year before this decision and given my background and past experience it doesn't seem fair to treat me in this way. I am BTech + MBA in Analytics.

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?
