KPMG HR has sent a mail for document submission after 2 rounds of interview. When do they generally release offer letter after submission of the docs?

Is it a good practice to put papers in my current org before i receive an offer letter so as to fulfill 90 days NP in my current org. This is my first switch so a quick suggestion on this query will help decide on next course of action. Thanks a ton in advance

For the last three years I have seen my practice only promote white guys to senior managers even though a few of the main partners are Indians. There are quite a few good Indian managers who were trying to get promoted but none of them made it for last three years. Not sure if this is intentional or coincidental.

Advice for studying for CISA? I’ve purchased the CRM, QAE, and Hemang Doshi’s book. So far I’m having trouble reading through the CRM because it’s so detailed that everything seems important and difficult to retain.
