It’s gonna be a tough test without at least a year of experience in IT audit. But at the end of the day, to replace that, I would just break up those manuals into bite-sized chunks and take your time studying. And even with experience, I had to hammer the QAE bank for like 30 hours to familiarize myself with the test question format and just way the CISA exam asks a question. Good luck!
Thanks for your insight! I previously interned in IT internal audit in industry so I’m familiar with a lot of the terms. But yeah I’m trying my best to get through the manual right now. My strategy is to read a chapter, then do the QAE for it. And once I’m done with that I’ll do heavy QAE sessions
I’ve been told that the CISA is a total joke of an exam. Purchase the test bank, and pound MCQ. CISA may not be worth it, depending which group you’re in-

I just did the test bank. It’ll give you insight to how the actual test is. The test had a lot of questions with right answers but you needed to choose the one that was “most right”. The test bank will help explain why an answer was the “most right”.
