Ladies, do you agree that RTO policies hurt us exponentially? I do, we recently went to 2 days in office, with the expectation that will increase over the next year or so. I am absolutely already applying to new roles.

I accept the logic of that article, that RTO mandates will lead to a less diverse workforce. And not to sound too cynical, but I do suspect that some business leaders see that as an unstated goal. I'm honestly not entirely in favor of remote work, as I think people learn a lot by being in the office with others. But for some people it provides access to a career, and it would be a shame if remote work was considered an experiment that needs to end.
