Ladies - my SO told me today that he messaged his ex to give her constructive criticism on her business. She was his financial advisor and he didn’t like how she handled things. He continued to tell me he did it because he was feeling petty - like wtf. I asked why not just take the high road especially when things ended with them two years ago. Also, he knew it would trigger her. I’m not okay with his behavior. Am I overreacting? He’s in his mid-30s, when do they grow up?

3 Months back I switched to Infosys as a react developer. The project i am tagged to started from scratch and there is a lot to learn. However parallelly I am also studying DSA and System design since last 6 months. But now I am not able to give enough time to DSA because of this project. Will it be a wise idea to resign and take a break of 3 months to cover up all the DSA and System design to aim for a product based company?

What does it mean your candidature is on hold? I received an email from HR a week back for submitting documents post clearing the interviews.
