Landed an interview for a Marketing Associate, Channel & Product. Had a phone screening, 1hr first round, then the 2nd which was composed of four 30m interviews with leadership.

In the 2nd one, as I interviewed it became less “interviewy”. The first was super technical, second was a mix but the last two they both asked 1 question and then kind of gave me the floor.

It’s been a week and haven’t heard back but kind of felt like I was cheated out of displaying my experiences? Is this normal?

I joined 6 months ago as a L5 manager. I like my team but don't enjoy the work. I also feel I was down levelled at the time of joining. Should I wait 6 months and move internally? How easy is internal mobility especially if I were to target a L6 role? Would applying outside be wise ?
