It was a very exhausting and frustrating time at Chargebee .
The management was pathetic and forces employee to do the force resign and if employee is not resigning then they used to put them in PIP and terminate the job.

I've worked for the same company for the last 10 years or so. Right out of the Marines, into logistics. I've handled operations since day one and I feel like I finally should move onto bigger & better things. I've handled a team of 200+ employees, more than 10 years experience and truly believe I can just do more. What should I be looking into ? What's next for me team?
