I can totally relate! I finally got so tired of being poor I forced a change!! You've got this!
I guess I have to force myself as well because motivation is not going to happen itself until I force it.
Have a kid 😂. That's what got me to stop slacking on changing jobs. There was no way I was going to afford to raise a child on my last salary. There barely is with this one, but it's at least been a step in the right direction.
Lol 😃. You know what I just had a kid and she is one month old. So right now, I am on leave but I have to look for better job after I come back from leave.
I totally relate to that. I had been hoping to find a better job last year, and the job market was just horrible. And this year it seems even worse. Trying to get motivated to find something now seems like such a challenge. I know I have to do it, maybe spring coming along will motivate me, it's the time for new changes and all that.
I hope this spring would bring some job opportunities for people who had been looking for one. But as you said, it is hard these days.

This was me last year and I had to make a change because I wanted more in life. I get feeling unmotivated and being to comfortable in your own space but no growth is there while being in your bubble. The way I stay motivated is sticking to my new goals and achieving them gradually.
You are right. Change is uncomfortable. Growth is not guranteed unless you want to come out of your bubble. Thank you for these words. I wanna take them as motivation.
As stated previously, the motivation definitely comes, when you no longer, have certain options. I completely understand, with not having the extra strength, and energy, to explore other resources. It's like a full-time job, trying to obtain, new employment.
You are absolutely right. Finding a job is like a full time job and you have to show dedication and be stubborn and just keep applying.
