Let’s say I’m an intern who sells some ideas on a new biz pitch. The client ended up not doing anything and went to some other agencies. I have very little in my book, can I put those ideas in it unpassworded? It’s been over a year (and i know my former agency wouldn’t mind). It’s very good work that i’m incredibly proud of.

I don’t know why people get so weird about putting unmade work in your book. I’ve put it in mine. What’s the difference between that and regular spec work? I get there’s clients involved but what’s the worst they can do? Ask you to take it down? I don’t get the stigma around it personally and I say go for it

Is there a minimum tenure that one has to serve in ZS to ask for office transfers? (within India)

And how often do they get accepted and the general sentiment by the management when one asks for it?

Assuming that my team works from Pune (and i like the job scope) but would like to relocate to Bangalore office (hometown) once the team stabilizes and processes are in place.

Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with discrimination as an Asian in the workplace? In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white. And then they have a lower bar for promotions for minorities (traditional minorities likes Hispanics and African Americans). Meanwhile they make Asians do all the work. I am not generalizing that this is how it is everywhere but it definitely is that way in my workplace. Any advice?
