Looking for ideas!
I am trying to work toward being more actionable with my team and our 1:1’s. My team is full of support staff and their role is in its most basic terms to answer customer emails and keep everything afloat on weekends. Metrics are hard to measure as our customers are sorted by their weekday “owner”. What types of 1:1 items could I focus on? Traditional “project” tracking doesn’t really apply as the work comes and goes based on the day to day urgency of the customer.

I would focus on performance goals, have they responded to emails in a timely manner are they facing any difficulty on the weekends and incorporate some type of professional development, career growth opportunities, and focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the weekend operations. Good luck

So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? Hi Fishes,

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?
