Are there many legitimate ethical hurdles when switching from insurance defense to plaintiff’s work? Hi need suggestions, i just joined HCL technologies noida , as a tech lead, its been 2 months only , and my reporting is to group tech manager, and he's giving me hard time to settle in and understand the project. Feeling like being pressurized to do things fast.

A director in another unit wants to meet me to “continue a conversation we started last year”. He is referring to the time I had asked him if there were openings on his team. I’m a Senior BSA/AML/Fraud Analyst at a regional bank, 100% remote, have bachelor’s degree in business, 6 YOE in my field, TC is about $60k, & I live in KY.
